Privacy Policy for Sakeenah

Summary

Sakeenah does not collect, store, or share any personal data on any server. There are no user accounts, no advertisements, and no analytics or tracking. Everything you do in the app stays on your device.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information. We operate no servers that receive your data.

Location

Sakeenah may ask for your device location only to:

• calculate accurate prayer times for your area, and
• determine the Qibla (direction of the Kaaba).

Your location is used only on your device, in real time. It is never uploaded, stored on a server, or shared. Location is optional — the app works without it.

Data stored on your device

Your preferences and activity (language, theme, prayer settings, dhikr counter history, and favourites) are saved locally on your device. This never leaves your device and is deleted if you uninstall the app or use "Reset All Data" in Settings.

Permissions

• Location (coarse/fine): used only for prayer times and Qibla, as above.

Children's privacy

Sakeenah does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.

Third parties

Sakeenah contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; changes appear on this page with a new date.
